A Strong Presence at China Cycle 2026 (Shanghai) — Without a Booth
In early May, SHOWHUM TECH took part in the 2026 China Cycle – Shanghai International Bicycle Exhibition, one of the most influential events in the global cycling industry.
But here’s the difference: we didn’t set up a booth.

Instead, we walked the halls, talked to partners, and did exactly what a good industry event is really for — real face-to-face communication between the people who make and supply bicycle frames and components.
And to be honest, the atmosphere was exactly what you would expect from a world-class exhibition — busy, energetic, and full of valuable conversations.
Walking the Show, Meeting Partners Face to Face

Why This Exhibition Matters
For a company like SHOWHUM TECH — focused on bicycle frames (both metal and plastic) and a wide range of related accessories — exhibitions like China Cycle are not just about showing new products. They are about:
Staying close to market trends
Reconnecting with long-term customers
Meeting new potential partners

Understanding what challenges brands and factories are facing
That’s exactly why we chose to attend as active industry participants, not as an exhibitor.
Meeting Old Clients — and New Ones
Throughout the exhibition, our team connected with customers and partners from:
Europe (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands)
Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia)
Japan and South Korea
North America (USA, Canada)
Some conversations were with familiar faces — clients we’ve worked with for years. Others were with new contacts who recognized SHOWHUM TECH’s reputation in frame manufacturing and accessory supply.

What Everyone Talked About
Interestingly, most industry partners focused on three key topics:
Stability of frame geometry and welding quality
Surface finishing options (painting, anodizing, plastic molding)
Lead time consistency for accessories such as handlebars, stems, seat posts, and plastic guards
And these are exactly the areas where SHOWHUM TECH has built its reputation.

No Booth, But Strong Conversations
Why This Approach Worked
Not exhibiting actually gave us a different kind of freedom. Without the pressure of manning a booth, we could:
Walk directly to partners’ own booths and see their latest products

Have longer, more focused discussions
Observe what competitors and suppliers are showing
Meet multiple customers in natural settings — coffee breaks, hallways, dinners
It was less about flashy displays and more about real, honest industry exchange.
New Products We Spotted — and Discussed
While we didn’t launch anything from a booth, we saw plenty that matters to our business:
Lightweight Aluminum Frames
Many brands are pushing for lighter but still durable frames. We discussed how SHOWHUM TECH can support this with improved hydroforming and heat treatment processes.
Plastic & Composite Accessories
From injection-molded fenders to battery covers (on e-bikes) and chain guards — we saw growing demand for well-finished plastic components. Several new clients specifically asked if we produce these. The answer: yes.
Integrated Cable Routing Components
Clean frame designs are still trending. Many conversations touched on handlebars, stems, and headset covers that hide cables neatly — another area where our accessory line fits perfectly.

Classic Products Still in High Demand
While new designs caught attention, our core products remained just as relevant in conversations:
Steel & Aluminum Frames
City bikes
Mountain bikes (hardtail and full suspension)
Kids’ bikes and cargo bike frames
Metal & Plastic Accessories
Handlebars, stems, seat posts
Plastic mudguards and chain covers
Frame protection kits and small injection-molded parts

What Made SHOWHUM TECH Stand Out at the Exhibition — Without a Booth
Why This Matters to Partners
Consistent quality batch after batch
Flexible production for small and medium orders
Experience with both metal and plastic processes
Clear, reliable communication

Focus on Practical Manufacturing Experience
Instead of showcasing glossy prototypes, we talked about real production:
Welding consistency across frame batches
Molding precision for plastic accessories
Surface finishing that actually lasts
Because at the end of the day, bike brands don’t just need parts — they need a supplier who delivers every time.
Looking Ahead: See You in 2027
The response from this year’s exhibition — even without a booth — confirmed one thing:
The bicycle industry continues to value strong, reliable partners who understand both metal and plastic component manufacturing.
What We Heard Loud and Clear:
Demand for good-quality frames at fair prices remains strong
Plastic accessories are becoming more important (lightweight, weatherproof, design-friendly)
Long-term relationships matter more than one-off deals
Let’s Meet in 2027
Many conversations ended the same way — with a handshake and a simple promise:

“See you at China Cycle 2027.”
No booth. No banners. No product launches. Just industry people talking to industry people. That’s how SHOWHUM TECH works.
