The Mid-Autumn Festival, one of China’s most traditional and meaningful holidays, dates back over 3,000 years and is deeply rooted in Chinese culture.

 It falls on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, a time when the moon is at its brightest and fullest. 

The festival symbolizes reunion, harmony, and gratitude. Ancient legends such as the story of Chang'e flying to the moon and the custom of eating mooncakes with family express people’s wishes for happiness and togetherness.
